Agreement to Policy

By scheduling an appointment with Drp IV (Drip IV Utah, LLC), you agree to abide by the following cancellation policy. This policy applies to all clients of Drp IV (Drip IV Utah, LLC) without exception.

Cancellation Notice Requirement

If you need to cancel your scheduled appointment, we require that you notify us at least 60 minutes in advance. This allows us to manage our staff scheduling and serve other clients who may need treatment.

Cancellation Fee

A cancellation fee of $50.00 will be charged for any appointments canceled less than 60 minutes before the scheduled time. This fee compensates for the preparation and travel costs incurred by our staff and the lost opportunity to serve other clients.

Processing of Cancellation Fee

To facilitate this policy, clients are required to provide a valid credit card number at the time of booking. Your credit card will only be charged in the event of a late cancellation as defined above or a no-show.

Exceptions

Drp IV (Drip IV Utah, LLC) understands that emergencies and unforeseen circumstances can occur. We reserve the right to waive the cancellation fee on a case-by-case basis for exceptional circumstances. Such waiver is at the sole discretion of Drp IV (Drip IV Utah, LLC) management.

No-Show Policy

In the event that a client fails to be present for their scheduled appointment without any prior notification (no-show), the $50.00 cancellation fee will be applied.

Policy Changes

Drp IV (Drip IV Utah, LLC) reserves the right to modify this cancellation policy at any time. Clients with existing appointments will be notified of any changes in advance.
